This totally caught me surprise today. I was talking to one of my younger brothers in Virginia about wanting to buy a condo or townhouse (what's the difference?) here in Los Angeles and he said that he would be interested in possibly buying a place together with me. THAT was great news!! It definitely made my day. Afterall, since I don't have a wife yet, he is someone that is always going to be in my life. I still have a lot to do before I even "really" get into the mental space of making it happen, but this is encouraging to even consider.
